Winegrowers2026 Board Nominations
Nominations are being sought for positions on the Washington Winegrowers Board of Directors. The terms of three board members expire in 2026, and while each incumbent intends to run again, each of their seats is up for election. Additionally, there is one open seat with an expiring term in 2027.
Members in good standing may nominate candidates for directors. All directors must be Washington Winegrowers voting members (primary or secondary positions on a grower or vintner membership).
Please submit nominations by 5:00 pm Tuesday, September 1, 2026. All nominations are reviewed, with ballots e-mailed to membership in October.
The Board meets regularly through the year to set policy and direction, and each board member is encouraged to serve on at least one committee. Elected by their peers, each director serves a three-year term and represents both winegrape growers and vintners. The executive director provides management and administration of day-to-day activities of the Association.
Washington Winegrowers’ mission is to serve as the synergistic leader and unifying voice—through advocacy and education—for growers, vintners, partners and policymakers.
The Association’s goals are:
- Support members by fulfilling key industry needs
- Aggressively steward membership growth
- Govern, lead, and manage
